The book “Peopleware: productive projects and teams ” - 2-nd edition of the world famous best seller about management of projects of development ON.

The first edition contained revolutionary on those times (1987) ideas which have sustained check by time. Authors have corrected the conclusions and have added some new chapters.

Value of this book that in her principles are described, behind each of which real history. All of the chapter supervision and contain innovative approaches which will force readers and heads to see the important questions in new, more reasonable foreshortening. With humour and the wisdom found for years of a management and consultation, Authors show, that the most complicated problems of development ON have human, instead of the technical nature. They do not give simple answers, but give correct, supported by scientific researches.
The edition is intended first of all to heads of projects, but it will be useful also for ordinary programmers.

About authors
Volume Tom Demarko and Timothy Lister head consulting company Atlantic Systems Guild atlsysguild.com with branches in New York and London. Since 1979 they together read lectures, write books and articles and advise projects worldwide, specializing on estimations, productivity, a management and corporate culture.
Volume Demarko has written in total six books, including ” The Deadline: A Novel About Project Management “, Dorset House, 1997. In 1986 he became the owner of a prize of Jean-Dominica Vorne for the contribution to computer science. The volume specializes on a management of projects and a technique.
Timothy Lister is engaged in teaching, journalism and consultation concerning minimization of risks in projects on development of the software. Tim also participates in the sanction of questions at issue under the software in Arbitration Association of the USA and enters into committee Airlie of a network of heads of projects of Ministry of Defence of the USA.
